As CEO of PepsiCo’s business operations in all of Latin America, Santilli is in charge of two of the food and beverage behemoth’s top six markets worldwide (Mexico and Brazil). From 2018 to 2019, PepsiCo Latin America’s net revenue grew by 3% to $7.6 billion. Starting with the company back in 2001, Santilli worked her way up the PepsiCo food chain, holding a position as vice president and general manager of the firm’s savory business unit in Mexico before becoming COO and later president of PepsiCo Mexico Foods. In February, she helped publish The Power of Empowerment: Women Building Latin America, a book that “aims to accelerate the development of professional women in the region.”
