Founder Wil Reynolds set out to create a company that would allow people to excel in their work and their community. With offices in Philadelphia and San Diego, the Seer team continues to push boundaries, recently landing on Inc. 5000 for the sixth year in a row and on Inner City 100 for the ninth year in a row. The Seer team is on a mission to donate over $1,000,000 through company programs. So far, it has spent 8,115 hours giving back to the community and donated $808,000 to causes close to its employees’ hearts over the years.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Seer Interactive made the decision to become a remote first company. Team members how have the option to work from anywhere in the continental U.S. going forward. Additionally, founder Reynolds created a $150,000 fund to support family members of Seer employees who lost work due to the pandemic.
