The University of Minnesota's Carlson Executive MBA program requires a TOEFL score of 81 for non-native English-speaking applicants. It also requires two letters of recommendation and recommends prospective students to have at least six years of work experience. The program culminates in a capstone that allows students to work on virtual global teams with the school's Global EMBA partner programs in Europe and China for eight months.
