It's truly special to be part of an organization where people genuinely enjoy one another and feel like family. The excitement and camaraderie we see when colleagues come together is something rare and remarkable. At WWT, we're more than just coworkers -- we're a unique and close-knit family. Our Executive Management team leads by example: approachable, humble, and deeply connected to every level of the organization."

Every other year, WWT leaders gather for a conference to focus on objectives like employee development and mutual learning.Employees say:"No matter the role you have in the company you always feel important and that you belong. And if you don't feel like you're in the right place, they work with you to get you there. They care about your personal and business growth."
Employees say:
"WWT is a family. People treat each other with respect, are willing to collaborate and help each other to achieve great things for the company and our customers, and genuinely care about each other. There are so many situations when cross teams have gone above and beyond to make something happen, or rallied together to support a team member going through a hardship, or celebrated a special moment in a coworker's life. WWT has a one of a kind culture that I have always been so proud to be a part of."
Employees say:
"I'll never forget when I was very ill, my management modified the workload to exactly fit my needs and schedule. I needed to work to keep my mind off of things, and they gave me exactly what I needed to make it work, but not more than I could handle. I see this over and over with my co-workers...work is what we do that fits in around our more-important lives. I actually enjoy spending time with my co-workers outside of work...I've never been able to honestly say that before. It's a collection of fun people that are at the very top of their games, technically. I hugely respect them for their knowledge, but also their dedication. It's a lot of fun."
World Wide Technology hosts the Innovation Showcase, which encourages employees to present solutions to business challenges. The event exemplifies the company’s collaborative environment, which encourages growth and new ideas.
Employees say: "I have never worked at a company before where management is so invested in our day-to-day—not to micromanage, but to see if there is anything that we think could be improved on or changed. They actually listen to that feedback, and I have personally seen process improvements take place from the feedback we gave leadership."
Employees say:
"The benefits and flexibility on work/life balance I have are second to none. They allow me to take care of my two girls without having to worry and give me the freedom to be more involved with their lives every single day. The flexibility has definitely increased over the past 4 years and I am forever grateful for the additional time I've had with my family."
World Wide Technology’s leading employee health care program is simple: On-site medical services are offered at select locations to staff and their dependents, and they are all 100% free. WWT also partners with Bright Horizons, a childcare provider, to offer low-cost backup care and family support to all full-time employees.
