Wellstar Health System, one of the largest health care networks in Georgia, understands that caregivers need to be taken care of, too. It recognizes its 24,000 employees all have unique lives and invested $18 million into the MyCare Rewards program, which offers customized well-being  benefits, including extra days off or cash payouts for self-care needs. Working parents can take advantage of subsidized on-site childcare centers, ​​which provide extended childcare hours to employees working 12-hour shifts. “I feel that Wellstar takes action based on feedback and works hard to find solutions,” says one employee.
