"The amount of opportunity for growth is very special. There are many different departments in the company for someone to find where they fit in best. I feel management (from owners to my direct manager) are all looking out for my best interest. I feel that I am seen for me here and not just some number in a crowd of employees."
Employees say:
"We are hyper focused on maximizing our human potential. Some examples are the Victory Leadership Academy and professional growth initiatives expanding from leader of self, leader of others, leader of a team, leader of a department. We provide one to one coaching, online learning modules, interactive software, in person lessons, and larger leadership events, all part of our development ecosystem fostering growth. We also have personal growth initiatives centered around the mind, body, and soul. Our ethos and north star is to do good things, with good people, in a good way."
Employees say:
"There is a palpable feeling of support and care that exceeds anything I've felt in a workplace prior. The selfless and supportive nature of the company fosters an environment where you are your best, feel empowered, and almost know you will succeed because of how great you feel."

"The investment they make in our people to grow professionally and socially is literally unheard of. Victory truly invests in their people. I'll never forget in one of our company wide meetings a new colleague didn't have a car and spontaneously we turned it into a fundraiser for our teammate. We compiled roughly $8K and an owner of the company himself went to the car lot and helped him purchase his first car. For myself, I got engaged last year, right after I took both our families out to dinner to celebrate. I went to pay for the check and found out the owners of the company paid the tab, that is a core memory and feeling I'll never forget."

"Everyone is here to see everyone else be successful. Each person genuinely cares about one another, pushes each other to be better, motivates one another, etc. There is no better place to work."
