"This company impresses me by how much it listens to its employees and their needs. They have special programs to get feedback from employees. They make special efforts for mental wellbeing and work/life balance. In my department, there's a special program this year for improving processes within the department and they are taking huge steps to receive input from everyone. I don't know of another company working so hard to ask for and listen to feedback from their workers."
"Communication is very high here- this includes being transparent about positive and negative things happenings in and around the company. No one is left guessing about the status of something. Additionally, not just once a year, but throughout the year people are celebrated for their work. It can be C-Suite acknowledgement for the year in totality, but more to the point, it can be quarterly and peer nominated and acknowledged."
