Everyone works together to provide excellent customer service to our clients. I love this! Also, I believe USI does an amazing job of encouraging Work/Life balance. When a team is overloaded, they hire additional workers to get the work done in a reasonable work week. I'm so grateful to work here!"

"This company really cares about its employees and the community. We have so many outreach programs. We have summit awards given from management to employees, we have peer recognition programs that plant trees, we also have scholarship programs for employees' children. Every year we do USI Cares where each employee gives 3 hours to give back to the community and I have seen first hand how helpful this can be!"

"The efficiency is so very well thought out from technology to the way teams are put together as well as back-ups. USI is constantly working to make things better and efficient for employees at every level. I've never worked for a company that puts so much towards making life better for non-executive employees. It truly makes a difference. They have also adjusted extremely well and smart to the post-Covid workforce. There are in-office, hybrid and remote options, and they comingle extremely well. Video calling and meetings are used everyday so that no remote employees are left out."

"USI is a great company to work for. They care about their employees and have shown it time and time again by implementing programs and groups specific to the times to grow, learn and encourage community belonging. They reward their employees when deserved and celebrate diversity, inclusion, and individuals throughout the company. They hold contests within the company to help foster comradery and togetherness in an era where those two things can be hard to do because of remote working. They offer flexibility where needed and are supportive as well."
