"The unique thing about this company is that the company thrives to make sure its employees are happy and taken care of, they do special events and I feel everything is fair and reasonable. This company also does a ton of giving and truly cares. This shouldn't be so unique but after working over 10 years in retail at numerous different retail locations, this is definitely difficult to find and makes this company shine above the rest. As well as the personability of the owner. I've never worked somewhere where the owner actually checks in with every employee. Amazing."
