Employees say: "What's unique for me compared to previous workplaces is, we are genuinely encouraged to be our authentic selves and not only to speak up with ideas to improve our processes, but see those ideas be heard by leadership and implemented even if on a trial basis to evaluate the benefit. You feel heard!"

Teleperformance ranks No. 7 on the 2024 World’s 25 Best Workplaces list.

Staff retention rates are a point of honor for French outsourcing company Teleperformance. 61% of staff roles (for non-customer experts) are filled through internal promotions, helped by the 56 million employee training hours (in 2023) the company delivers each year to its 500,000 global employees (88,000 of whom are based in Europe). 20% of employees come from disadvantaged communities or minority groups; an online TP University aims to encourage career-long learning; and a Cloud Campus certification allows specialists to work remotely from anywhere. But it isn't all about business; employees across all regions are also encouraged to take part in an annual For Fun Festival online, showcasing their creativity in dance, music and art.

Employees say:
"We are always developing new innovative ways to be the best at success and that's what drives me to this company over pay it's the organization and the image."

Specializing in digital business services and customer care, Teleperformance has made the list for the second year in a row due to its commitments to employee well-being, diversity, and opportunities for internal advancement. At the beginning of 2022, the company launched a well-being program to give support to employees’ social, emotional and physical health. In 2019, the company created a women’s initiative, tP Women, to empower women in the global workplace through mentoring programs and leadership training. The program received over 4.6 million responses and has helped the company recruit and retain employees.

- In 2022, Teleperformance expanded the number of Employee Resource Groups to include one for Latinos and LGTBQ workers as part of ongoing efforts to create an inclusive and equitable workspace. There are also ERGs for Asian, Black, and women workers, as well as for veterans and emergency response team members.
- With a remote-first workplace, 70% of U.S. employees work from home.
- “The supervisor team is amazing, and they honestly care about their team members and take the time to get to know us as people and not just workers,” said one employee. “I feel seen and heard on every level here. I’ve never had that in another company.”

Employees say:
"I really like that innovation is encouraged. I have shared many ideas that affect both the company, its employees, and some clients. I have always been met with open perspective and willingness to try, and have never been told that any of my ideas weren't worthy of discussion. That culture is empowering."
