Taboola

Employees say:

"Management goes above and beyond to make this a great place to work. They don't just claim that their people are their most important asset; at Taboola, their actions demonstrate that this is true. They are always new, fun, and different things to keep everyone engaged and make everyone feel included. We have so many ERGs that are well-funded and active throughout the entire year. From chair massages, to eye yoga, drag bingo, clothing swaps, and ping-pong tournaments, to private movie premieres and much more, there is no doubt that management cares about their team! There is also so much trust and flexibility—this is a great place for parents to work!"

Employees say:

"The culture here is exceptionally welcoming and distinctive—there's no micromanagement, everyone feels heard, and managers actively encourage open discussions. They genuinely support the team and find joy in doing so."

Employees say:

"Taboola is the type of company that hires beyond a resume. They hire for potential and passion, which I think is what makes this a diverse organization. The people here aren't cookie-cutter, and they see you for you. I also love that there is such a human approach to 'work.' They recognize that people make mistakes, but they don't reprimand for that. Instead, they see them as opportunities to improve. It's really refreshing and makes you feel even more comfortable being yourself and trying new things in order to deliver on your responsibilities."
