"Every day I'm amazed at how much our company truly believes in and supports us. From small decisions to big ones, we operate as a family, celebrating wins together and learning from challenges together. At the end of the day, we don't just build a business, we build each other!"
"What makes Southern Pipe stand out is the people and the vibe. Everyone’s super supportive, and there’s a real team spirit—you don’t feel like just another number. It’s the kind of place where you can actually enjoy coming to work, grow, and have your ideas heard. That’s not something you find everywhere."
"Southern Pipe is 100% unique because of our family members, we all want to be of service to our customers and to make our company the best in the industry. We don't just talk about being a family we are family. We truly care and want each other to succeed which means the company succeeds. I work with new family members and I coach them. We all want the next generation to do better than we did to make Southern Pipe the Best Company in the Industry."
"I hear every day from my wife, who is a high school English teacher, how she doesn't have the support from the higher ups or the materials needed a lot of days to do her job to the best of her ability. I have never one time in 12 years not had what I needed because of SPS. I hear from my direct superior regional manager every week and from the owner/CEO if not every other week then every month. This job would be 100% more than worth it without half the incentives we get. I love this job and everyone here like they are family, because they are."
