Skillable

Employees say:

"I believe that Skillable is a "work hard, play hard" organization meaning that there are reasonable expectations set to help us achieve individual and company goals, but we are also encouraged to take the time we need for ourselves. The management is wonderful and I feel as though those around me care about me, my progress in my role, and the company goals and mission as a whole. Another way that Skillable is unique is the effort this company puts in to recognizing each other's wins and I am grateful to work here!"

Employees say:

"The people here are the primary thing that makes Skillable special. From your direct colleague all the way to the CEO you can tell that they care about you and one another. In all roles, they are constantly thinking about how we can improve the product, how we improve our processes, how we can improve our interactions, and how we can improve how we work. When they tell you that work life balance is important to them, they back that up with action and implement real tangible change to try and improve the lives of those that work here."
