Employees say:
"One thing I find unique about this company is that they will work with you to try and accommodate your needs in the different phases of life. Most companies will not take the time to try and make a plan to help balance your life when going through pregnancy, weddings, etc., and I believe our management does a great job at addressing these phases with grace and understanding."
"This company makes it a point to let you know that they not only care about you as an employee, but as a person. They want you to have a life outside of the office walls and do everything they can to make you feel appreciated and valued. They provide a tremendous amount of flexibility and understanding when it comes to life's obstacles we have no control over, such as a sick kid, or a children's program that happens in the spur of a moment."

"We are very team oriented and work hard to be a teaching firm. There is no I in team, so when it comes to crunch time everyone steps up to help out to make sure we all finish. The partners know that our work comes with deadlines and long hours sometimes, and they do a great job of emphasizing work life balance. The atmosphere here is just good and fun."
