Sasser Family Companies

Employees say:

"My management has always been supportive and approachable. This is true of not only my direct manager, but upper management as well. My team has always been respectful and supportive of each other. This statement from the survey stood out to me: Management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders. Yes—100% agree. I also feel that people care about each other here."

Employees say:

"I only started 5 months ago, but have really enjoyed working here. I was given time and resources to learn how our processes and systems and everyone has been very welcoming. We have company outings and lunches that make the employees feel appreciated, and allow for opportunities to get to know people from outside your department. The Sasser Group is also very generous when it comes to charity events and employee matching for our own favorite charities.  I have nothing but good things to say about working here."

Employees say:

"I love the fact that the company is very supportive of all the employees. Very flexible schedules which helps everyone, especially benefits those who have kids in school and no babysitters or anyone to rely on. [Also, the company] is so involved in the community, and provides volunteering opportunities for its employees."

Employees say:

"The company's care for its employees is unlike any place else I have worked. The pay structure, the benefits and the opportunities to grow are unparalleled. Additionally, there is an uncommon concern for the wider community and giving back (both time and money) to efforts and organizations that are making a difference."
