The enterprise software application company SAP America is on the Best Companies list for a seventh year thanks to its focus on diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Striving to support the mental health of its workers, SAP America has initiatives like an employee assistance program that provides a globally available 24/7 counseling service for all employees.
- SAP’s Inclusive Mindset Challenge is a platform where employees can receive training across a variety of D&I topics on SAP’s Inclusive Mindset Challenge. Employees earn points for every challenge completed and can track their progress on a companywide leaderboard.
- Inclusivity efforts have paid off, with nine out of 10 employees saying they can be themselves in the workplace.
- “Actions by the C level match their rhetoric. We are frequently giving Mental Days off fully paid, above our generous vacation days and unlimited sick days,” one employee said. “The leaders are truly concerned with the human side of their employees and understand that a happy employee is the ultimate strategy to keep customers happy.”
