"SailPoint really does look at the uniqueness of every individual and manages to that. They understand that two people with the same job title still have their own strengths and look for opportunities to accelerate those strengths with challenge assignments and the like. I've been here 13 years, and my manager has always found ways to keep me challenged and help me grow my career while aligning to business objectives, and I love it!"

"The culture here is truly welcoming and I feel a real sense of community with the people I work with. The HQ office has many perks and makes coming into work genuinely worthwhile - there are free snacks, candy drawers, breakfast tacos are brought in every Tuesday and many events are held throughout the year - we have a Spirit Week and do Trunk or Treat in the office parking lot for example. Every employee receives an gift/swag box during their onboarding. When my father got his cancer diagnoses, coworkers started a meal train for my family and we received a gift and note from the CEO. I truly feel this company cares about me as more than an employee and values me and my work."

"Leaders in this company strive to do the right thing, have good intentions, and have a lot of empathy for their crew members. This company has given me a lot of special recognition and I feel very valued and that I make a difference here. This company is also very innovative in terms of its philosophy around work/life balance and hybrid work models. We are genuinely measured on the impact we have, not on the hours worked which makes me extremely motivated to be here. It also is a great environment for a single mom like myself."
Employees say:
"My manager always advocates for me and our team, has shown interest in my career growth and has fostered an environment where I can come to her if I am feeling burnt out and enables me to communicate that without fear of repercussions. As a mother, it is refreshing to have someone understand true work life balance and I feel that I do not have to sacrifice being available for my family in order to obtain career growth."

Employees say:
"SailPoint is unique because it is evident how much people genuinely care for one another. I feel like I can bring my whole self to work, and if I am ever going through something challenging, my team encourages me to prioritize my well-being over work. A lot of companies advertise work-life balance and strong culture, but if you talk to employees, they are miserable and burnt out. At SailPoint, we have the work-life balance and incredible culture companies strive for, and it is because people care about each other."
Employees say:
"Mark is an amazing CEO. He gives me a lot of confidence in the future performance of the company and that SailPoint will maintain a strong employee-focused mentality as we continue to grow and change. In addition, my management team consists of caring high performing people. I am given a lot of autonomy but also provided the support I feel is necessary to successfully do my job."
Employees say:
"SailPoint genuinely treats its employees as adults and provides multiple opportunities to make meaningful contributions to the company's success. There is consistent recognition for the different types of contributions people across the organization make.
