Ross Stores operates one of the largest off-price apparel and home goods chains in the U.S. As of early 2025, there were more than 1,800 Ross Dress for Less stores across 44 U.S. states, plus Guam and the District of Columbia. Ross sells apparel, accessories, footwear, and home goods at a 20% to 60% discount compared with regular department store prices. The company also operates over 350 DD’s Discounts stores, offering clothes, accessories, and more at moderate prices. Founded in 1982, Ross Stores continues to add locations, opening 19 stores across 14 states in March 2025.
