"I love how the company promotes involvement as a RDC team outside the workplace. Whether it's team building, or tailgates or just going to Flyers and Sixers games, RDC allows its employees to share the experience with friends and family as long as you respect the perks. I can't forget staff lunches, RDC swag throughout the year, bring your children to work day, food trucks, donut trucks, ice cream trucks. Lots of trucks! My point is when a company goes the extra mile, long days, weekends and additional responsibilities don't seem so wearing. They go the extra mile, and you meet them there."
