"Our company has always made it clear that it is nothing without its people. Beyond the normal team building kind of things you will often find, they have consistently gone out of their way to create *fun* activities/events for employees to participate in and to win some fun stuff (often very nice). An example is every year we have our Winter Games for Christmas with creative activities, and they are all done remotely. If you are too busy to participate, you still are included in drawings and EVERYONE gets something. It's not about the stuff either, it's the effort and consideration shown by management for every employee."
