At Salesforce, one of the mainstays of our culture have been our employee resource groups. And up until about a year ago, we had nine. And it's all about being your full authentic self at work. And so there'd be an employee resource group, for example, for the blacks at Salesforce, BOLDforce. And so folks came into work, and they say Well, like Tony, you identify as a black cisgender, heterosexual man, that �� s your identity. One of my identity, [ UNKNOWN ] identity, is my faith. Can I be my authentic self at work? if you did that [ UNKNOWN ], your faith was in those top two, three, aspects of how you identify yourself. And so the answer [ UNKNOWN ] has to be yes That you know, you have to be able to be your full authentic self at work. And so we took being an experiment and we're going to form an interfaith employee resource group. And you know, two courageous leaders, Christian man, and an Islamic woman got together and they found common ground. And they founded Faith Force which was our 10th employee resource group. And it's actually the fastest growing, and we've seen a tremendous amount of pent up demand that was obviously there and a lot of interest from folks outside the company and how you can do this in a way where it's unifying and not divisive. So that's one of the things just in the last 12 months that we've been working to To blaze a trail and push the frontier a bit. [ APPLAUSE ] [ BLANK_AUDIO ]
