"Power is one of the only places I've worked where your values can show up at work without needing to compartmentalize who you are. Whether it's through volunteering, mentorship, or leadership development, the culture makes room for people to grow as humans - not just employees. One example: the way Power invests in its people before they've proven themselves - believing in them from day one - creates a culture where people often rise to that trust and responsibility. That's rare."
Employees say:
"The company is to developing people from all backgrounds based on potential. There is a genuine focus on building a strong internal community that helps each person grow into the best version of themselves. That shows up in things like Expeditions, where employees connect across the country to build relationships and learn from one another, as well as leadership conferences and workshops that focus on both personal and professional growth. It's not just about doing a job; it's about becoming someone stronger through the process."

"I am blown away by how much this company cares about its people. From day one, I knew this was a unique place. The company goes above and beyond and truly lives for people over profits. I am privy to how decisions are made, and they are also made with a people first mentality. Great benefits, growing company, tremendous opportunity."
Employees say: "Having only been here a year, I am blown away by how much this company cares about its people. From day one, I knew this was a unique place. The company goes above and beyond and truly lives for people over profits. I am privy to how decisions are made, and they are also made with a people-first mentality. I have worked for a number of companies that are not this way, and could never imagine leaving here. Great benefits, growing company, tremendous opportunity. Wish I found it a long time ago!"
Employees say:
"Power is an anomaly when it comes to places to work. When you work at Power there is this unspoken bond that you step into. You become more like family than coworkers. You are always rooting for your co-worker, helping each other to become your best self, to grow as a person and in your role. I have never experienced a workplace like this and wouldn't want to work anywhere else."
Employees say:
"This company is unlike any other. I continue to be impressed by the leadership team's dedication to the people that work here and providing them opportunities to better themselves, earn more money and improve their lives. I've never seen such a kind group of people. I love working here."
