PMG

Employees say:

"This company stands out because of its unique blend of high performance and genuine care for its people. One specific example is the company's commitment to professional development. We have structured development programs for every level of the organization. Another unique aspect is the transparency and accessibility of leadership. Lastly, the culture embraces innovation and autonomy. Teams are empowered to pilot new ideas; whether process improvements or new tools without excessive red tape. That makes people feel like their contributions matter and directly shape the future of the company."

Employees say:

"We have very strong transparency from our CEO—he genuinely wants to bring everyone along with him and his vision for the company. We also have an incredible employee-first mindset - manifests in things like plentiful training opportunities, paying out bonuses above what revenue would dictate, regularly providing employee meals and fun events. Finally, we have a sincere commitment to giving back to the community in terms of organizing donation drives and fundraising and also giving employees time to volunteer."

Employees say:

"There's a reason I have been at PMG for over 10+ years. There is more collaboration, growth opportunities and recognition than any other place I have worked. They invest more into training, paid out bonuses and have never done layoffs, regardless of the macro environment, and I think that is truly special. I learn so much from the people I work for and that is truly why I stay. It's also what powers differentiators for our clients as this all drives our employees to truly be strategic partners vs. task takers."

Employees say:

"The people are truly the best ever. We refer to our teams as our families. I always feel so welcome and excited to come to the office and much prefer being physically in our office rather than working remote. Young professionals are given so much responsibility from the get-go, allowing us to grow rapidly. At the same time, we are also given the grace and permission to make mistakes and to learn from them. Overall, PMG is an incredible company, and I'm so proud to work here!"

Employees say:

"PMG is an incredible place to work for working parents. We are provided with amazing flexibility to ensure that family comes first when necessary, and my manager and the executive team truly care about my well-being and that of my family. I do not feel I would be as successful in my career while being a parent anywhere else. The opportunities provided at PMG are incredible, and having to take time off or leave early for those important family moments is always met with encouragement rather than looked down upon."

Employees say:

"PMG puts the employee first. We have a value to always do the right thing and you can see that come to life in how we treat our employees. There have been times where the right decision is not always the easiest but I see us make the right decision time and time again, making sure the person is key factor in the decision."

Employees say:

"So much that makes PMG incredible. ERGs, DIGin (Diversity & Inclusion initiative that brings in amazing guest speakers), Community service through PMG Gives Back, no layoffs in tough times, access to Executive team, opportunities to grow and be rewarded, top talent, world-class office space with premium amenities and much more."

Employees say:

"People and feedback-first culture. Always ensuring we're changing for the better to make the work the best it can be and support our people. Founder with a clear vision and lots of trust in his team to get it done."
