Petra Funds Group

Employees say:

"What makes Petra Funds Group a great place to work is both the people and the pace of growth I've experienced in my first 90 days. The team is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, which has made onboarding smooth and rewarding while allowing me to feel confident in my role. The collaborative environment and accessibility of my colleagues have enabled me to develop my skills quickly.I also value the flexibility to work from home. Eliminating the commute allows me to focus more time and energy on my work, helping me stay productive while maintaining a healthy balance."

Employees say:

"Whenever I explain what Petra is/does to my friends and family, they often don't believe what I am saying is true. Making an incredibly fair salary, great work life balance, having a great relationship with coworkers are just a few specifics. I literally think I found the unicorn of jobs in today's market and I cannot thank the founders/managing partners enough for their leadership and guidance while this company has exploded."

Employees say:

"Petra does a fantastic job making their employees feel valued. They have a unique way to actually facilitate office culture that encourages people to come in without enacting in-office mandates that are rigid and demoralizing. The Petra team is also built up by many smart individuals, who can be trusted to perform high quality work on their own and provide exceptional results with our clients. I feel glad to work at a company with people of this caliber, and feel as though it translates into my work product, even if I am not working with all of these individuals on a daily basis."
