Change the World 2026

Pandora calls “carbon footprint” the fifth C by which diamonds should be graded, along with cut, color, clarity, and carat. The Copenhagen-based jewelry-maker credits strategic supplier selection and cross-functional ownership with facilitating the five-year transition to 100% recycled silver and gold from 2019 to 2025. Going forward, Pandora plans to shift additional metals such as platinum to recycled materials to continue minimizing its environmental impact.
