"Okta management truly cares about employees, gives us the benefit of the doubt, and goes out if its way to recognize our achievements as well as giving shout outs for good work. I feel that we have a great work/life balance and the ability to work remote/flexible scheduling really allows me to be able to manage work and be there for my family. If we get close to having too much on our plate management works with us to make sure we are not overworked. While we can always look for ways to be better I truly believe Okta is a great example of what company culture should be."
