Employees say:

"People are the most valuable asset in our organization. One example: During a challenging time, colleagues from different practice groups came together to help a coworker meet a critical deadline. Their willingness to step in, collaborate, and support one another went beyond job descriptions, it was a testament to the culture we've built: a culture that empowers kindness, encourages teamwork, and values every individual's contribution. It's not just a job. We are a community."

Employees say:

"I enjoy working remotely, and having the benefits that are offered. The parental leave increase was a huge improvement that was appreciated. I enjoy the in-office events and offerings, and like the technology stipends, etc that are given. My team is spectacular. My direct supervisors are also fabulous people to work for and under; they understand personalities, outside lives, strengths and weaknesses, boundaries, and how to challenge us. I do feel like my managers hear me, and respect a healthy work/life balance."
