"This is the first place I have worked where I can chat with chief officers as an independent contributor, and not feel as if I am talking to a title, but to a person who is equal to me. It's the primary tool we use for prioritizing and focusing our efforts at each level of oversight. That level of selflessness and service to our members creates synergies, allows for rapid objective alignment, and motivates me to give all that I can, because I know at the end of the day, service members and their families are the ones who will benefit the most."
