"Employees always come first! Everyone is valued by our company not just in that they are well compensated and cared for. They also have great influence on what opportunities we choose to pursue and the direction of company. If it is not of interest to our people, then as an employee-owned company, we do not pursue it."
Employees say:
"We have an outstanding ESOP with a management focused upon keeping it that way. People have great attitudes about the company and are grateful to be employees—very happy crew. Managers strongly support the senior leaders—most cohesive company I have ever joined and have never regretted the move. Even in a distributed environment, people reach out to help others get missions accomplished. Superb teamwork—incredible team."
Employees say:
"Each employee knows and can see themselves in leadership's vision. As an ESOP, every employee is treated like an owner and encouraged to engage in management and feedback - AND - the feedback is routinely acted on by Senior Executives. When some feedback cannot be acted on by senior management due to other competing priorities, management goes above and beyond to explain to all employees."
Employees say: "MTSI is 100% employee-owned, built on our first core value that 'employees come first.' All of our employees are invested in the success of the company, and leadership really cares about of our workforce, personally and professionally."
Employees say:
"The culture at MTSI is unique. I first started at this company as an intern. It was during my first week and I was nervous and still settling in, I had multiple VPs and directors stop by to introduce themselves, as questions about me and see if I needed anything. The events this company puts on to give back to the employs is top notch. Everyone cares - about you, about doing a good job, and about success. We are 100% employee owned and because of this, the employees here value each other and their jobs. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else."
Employees say:
"The emphasis on employees first in an employee owned company makes for happier workers. Employees constantly look for ways to innovate and bring new business to the table because everyone feels it directly benefits them. I have seen individuals that are brand new entry level employees find new opportunities and bring them up in meetings."
Employees say:
"This is a great company to work for and also being an owner in the company makes you feel as part of the company. You perform your best to ensure your customers received the best which drives you to perform even better."
Employees say:
"MTSI is 100% employee-owned. Our President and many other leaders are long-term MTSI employees and genuinely care about the organization's and our coworkers' success. I see this in meetings and emails often. Two times this week, I have been a part of cross-organizational email communications where coworkers collaborate on finding work for staff to keep them employed when running out of work. Leaders aren't worried about losing profit to take care of people. In both instances, leaders are hampering their own teams' financial performance for the benefit of affected coworkers. Our leaders live by our core values and know that in the long run, it's best for all of us to take care of each other."
