I also have the full support of my manager and am allowed to make mistakes and learn from them as a part of my professional development, which creates a safe environment for innovation and trying new things."

Employees say:

"Here at McDermott, I feel appreciated for the work I do and am respected not only as a professional but also as a person.  Everyone I interact with is kind and empathetic and I genuinely feel proud to be part of this team."

Employees say:

"Everyone wants their colleagues to succeed and provide the best client service possible and willing to jump in and provide their respective expertise to do so, all the while keeping our identity and culture as not just lawyers, but trusted advisors and friends to clients.  For example, over the last week I collaborated with attorneys in 5 different practice groups on nuanced issues on client matters they had not worked on previously, and no one hesitated to be available, got up to speed quickly and deployed their expertise in a way that provided commercial and practical solutions to achieve client goals- true to the firm's identity, they prioritized  client goals and driving results as a team."
