Employees say:
"I love working for this company. I am remote, and there aren't any cliques or cattiness or drama. It's nice to know I can work and not have to worry about anything else besides my doing a great job and feeling accomplished. We have a great team, always willing to answer questions or assist in any way possible. We feel like we are a family. I love that the company offers so many benefits and resources like videos and learning, mental-health coaching, how to eat right, how to stay active, those sort of things. The 401k contribution is also very nice."
"One of the things that makes this company unique is the culture of understanding and support. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities, not setbacks, and that creates a safe environment where employees feel trusted to grow, take initiative, and improve. This kind of forgiveness and encouragement really sets the company apart as a great place to work."

"Appreciation is encouraged and shown to colleagues every day of the year. This ranges from management recognition to peer to peer high-fives. I love the pride a colleague feels from being shown appreciation and this truly highlights how much our people care for one another and the work they do."
"I have always felt valued and seen at this company. I have a support system in my teammates and my manager. I can show up exactly as I am and feel I belong. I am able to balance my personal life and work life easily due to the flexible approach the company has. We are seen as people first, then employees. I also appreciate how quickly the company adapts to changes and employee needs (i.e. working remotely, increased parental leave, mental health benefits) and responds to employee feedback."
