Lukoil is a Russian vertically-integrated oil and gas company, involved in exploration and extraction, oil refining and gas processing, petrol service stations and wholesale distribution, and power generation. Originally centered on western Siberia, it now has upstream operations globally, primarily across Central Asia, the Middle East.
