"The people at Kinetik are not just coworkers, they are genuine friends. I have made friends at Kinetik that I believe will be with me for the rest of my life. Our work culture is very unique with essentially no micromanagement and a strong sense of camaraderie regardless of seniority, position or team. Even as an entry level employee several years ago, I felt that my suggestions/opinions were valued, considered, and acted on regularly. Our in-office staff (we have some remote workers) regularly engage in out of work hour events such as group hiking, go-karting and other activities. Everyone at Kinetik is likeminded and great cultural fit."
"Kinetik has a really unique mix of fast-paced startup energy and a team that actually supports each other. People jump in to help without hesitation, and there's a genuine sense of ownership across teams. What stands out the most is how collaborative everyone is: engineering, product, ops, and leadership all work closely together instead of staying in separate silos. There's also a lot of trust here; you're given space to make decisions, solve problems, and contribute to bigger initiatives without being micromanaged. It creates an environment where you feel both challenged and supported at the same time."
