In 1978 retailer Kiabi revolutionised low-cost, ready-to-wear fashion for the French market. Now boasting more than 500 stores in over 20 countries, the company encourages employees to make an impact in their communities. Its Kiabi Life program unites employees, customers and partners in local and national projects on the themes of employment, education and solidarity, with 5,000 'Kiabers' coaching young fashion talent, providing Red Cross shops with end-of-season unsold goods, fundraising for breast cancer charities and more. The company's European employees, spread across Belgium, France, Italy and Spain, are offered hybrid and remote working wherever possible.
