Keysight takes corporate social responsibility seriously. Last year, 46.4% of its new hires came from underrepresented groups. The electronics manufacturer fosters relationships with historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), and in 2021 became the founding industrial sponsor of the Inclusive Engineering Consortium, an external organization aimed at advancing engineering education and research at HBCUs. During the pandemic, Keysight instituted a global employee and family assistance program, which provided staff with free emotional and mental health counseling and resources.
