Kellanova

Kellanova in Fortune Rankings

Kellanova is a global snack and cereal conglomerate behind brands such as Pop-Tarts, Pringles, Morningstar Farms, and Eggo. Formerly Kellogg Company, it rebranded as Kellanova in October 2023, while WK Kellogg Co. split off as a North American cereal business. The first Kellogg product was cornflakes, invented in 1898 by W.K. Kellogg and his brother John Harvey Kellogg, and it was designed to feed patients at a sanatorium where John Harvey Kellogg worked. Mars, the owner of candy brands such as M&M’s, acquired Kellanova in 2024 in a $36 billion deal.
