U.S. airline JetBlue, which began service in 2000, flies to 100 destinations with 22,000 crew members as of 2025. Known for its East Coast network, especially for leisure travel, JetBlue was an early pioneer of customer experience, including seatback entertainment. After a terminated deal to acquire Spirit Airlines in 2024, JetBlue has sought other paths forward, including a partnership with United Airlines, announced in May 2025, that allows customers to link loyalty programs between the two airlines.
