The parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, often known by the acronym ICE, is one of the world's largest operators of financial and commodity markets, and in recent years has expanded its business into data services and mortgage technology. The company jumped 94 spots on the Fortune 500 this year, thanks to a surge in trading in all kinds of assets; ICE's revenue rose 26% in 2020, to $8.2 billion.
