Impiricus

Employees say:

"Impiricus is the first company that I have worked at where I am able to be myself. At other companies, I've always kept personal things separate. I've had a different personality that I put on for work and would not fully expose who I am and what is going on in my personal life. Impiricus embraces my personal life, even if there's sad things happening or if I have weird hobbies. That makes going to work easy."

Employees say:

"I really appreciate the employee recognition that the executive team provides the relevant departments. We always know and feel that we are appreciated and looked after by our upper management. It's nice to have the face to face meetings, department specific retreats, employee gifts, and regular face time with the team as we are all majority remote."

Employees say:

"There are a few things that make this company stand out as a great place to work. One unique aspect is the people at Impiricus and cross-functional collaboration. Teams aren’t siloed, and there’s real support for open communication within teams and across departments. No matter the role or idea, employees are encouraged to share ideas. On top of that, the people here make a huge difference, no matter the task people are always willing to take it on and always come to the table with solutions. The team is also made up of incredibly intelligent, kind individuals, who are genuinely enjoyable to work with."
