"I am almost always thanked and made to feel appreciated for even the smallest of tasks. That in itself is both unique and unusual. On Sunday evening, I find myself not dreading but instead, looking forward to the start of the work week. That only happens when you truly enjoy the work and more importantly the people you work with."

"More than any other organization our people are really our most treasured resource, our team is the best and our leadership is committed to letting them know that we prioritize them. Recognition is constant but thoughtful, we stick together through tough work and make sure our clients and our consultants feel the sense of achievement that only comes from working on a difficult project."
Employees say:
"Management is friendly and very approachable. They promote a culture of inclusiveness and really focus on work/life balance. Management goes above and beyond to show the employees they care about them and appreciate the hard work they put in day to day. There are constant elements of gratitude shed upon the employees, from unexpected gifts, to acknowledgements during big company gatherings."

"One does not often come across a business who actually backs up their lofty talk of being a leading, employee-first workplace with actions to match; until one comes into contact with HRchitect. HRchitect's management team is always working as hard for our employees as we do for our clients and that is saying something; no matter if it is tracking down resources from a partner or going to bat to stand up for their teams--management at HRchitect takes care of their people: clients and employees alike."

"I have never been involved with such an incredibly talented group of individuals who have come together to form a team unlike anything I've ever witnessed in my career. People genuinely care about each other and want to see each other succeed."

"The organization provides different ways for employees to feel and stay connected with each other on a virtual basis. Besides management being a great resource to ask any type of question, the mentor program is pretty cool too as a regular interaction with someone to ask/respond to general questions how work processes, career tips, and how the organization itself works. Monthly virtual trivia nights are pretty fun also."
