Employee self-care has become a hot topic for many companies during the pandemic, but Horizon Therapeutics is backing that up with action, offering an interactive, self-care road map that employees can use to track their own wellness journey across five categories: mental health, nutrition, physical activity, financial health, and social. The company also offers caregivers paid time off to take care of family members at 100% salary. Additionally, Horizon offers on-site child care, Little Horizons, supported by the nationally renowned day-care organization Bright Horizons.
