Every year the company hosts 2,000 workshops across the world to facilitate knowledge-sharing, brainstorming and team connection. Hilti provides construction equipment and software, and focuses on ensuring that its employees can develop and grow within the company. In February, the company released a new exoskeleton product to reduce strain on workers who wield heavy tools, which the company said gives the worker a “zero-gravity-like state.” One of Hilti’s workshops, called “Hiring the Best People,” teaches interviewing techniques, fair hiring practices, and employment laws to recruitment employees. New hiring managers, recruiters, talent sourcers, and employees involved in the hiring process are required to attend the training.
