"Guidant is a company that is fully remote, but is still very connected. Leadership is intentional to clearly communicate the company vision and goals, and we can understand the impacts of processes. Leadership tries to be intentional and to be accessible through voluntary 'Leadership Coffees,' where you can get to know senior leaders. Direct supervisors are intentional to have frequent 1:1 meetings to make sure goals are discussed, and hiccups that were run into can be discussed in further detail.
