Employees say:
"Though we are a very large, global organization, we collaborate together at the individual level and there is a strong sense of 'one GEHC.' We are clear on our purpose to keep patients and customers at the forefront of what we do and are often reminded about the global impact we are having in health care, regardless of our role. When someone reaches out to me or I reach out to them, I feel there is a strong sense of servant leadership and desire to help. I continue to be amazed at the colleagues I have met across the globe who know me first as a person and secondly as my role—people genuinely enjoy creating relationships across regions, functions, and segments, which makes work fun, enjoyable, and personable!"
"I have found that at GE HealthCare, this organization is very committed to our values, always keeping our colleagues and patients as the priority and ensuring safety and quality. This is embodied throughout meetings and demonstrated through leaders at all levels. There is a natural strive towards continuous improvement and challenging ourselves and our work to continue to be forward-thinking. It makes the work interesting and exciting, but the best part is that the people here have a mind-set of supporting each other to accomplish the big rocks together and doing it the right way!"
