The Garrett Companies

Employees say:

"This company promotes a collaborative culture and that shows through the amount of team bonding events they hold throughout the year. Their hiring and team builds focus on creativity and long-term engagement, not just filling roles. The benefits such as the PTO, annual trips, summer Friday hours, holiday time off, volunteer time off, insurance, and work from home flexibility make it unique as well. They also have a top tier internship program that introduces real, firsthand experience to college students all over the country."

Employees say:

"They treat us amazingly. We are valued tremendously here. They go out of the way to make sure we're taken care of and enjoy our environment. We get treated to an amazing skiing trip every year, get to travel for a whole company annual meeting, frequently get monthly team building breakfasts, occasional happy hours, and much more. The leadership views the human capital as its greatest resource, and they go above and beyond to show it."

"Absolutely. Management genuinely cares about every single person that works here. You are free to go out and enjoy your life and be yourself while also having a stable job. Our upper level management acts as leaders rather than bosses."
