Five9

Employees say:

"One unique aspect of this company that makes it a great place to work is the culture of trust and ownership. Employees are empowered to take initiative, drive solutions, and make decisions without excessive layers of bureaucracy. For example, during a recent infrastructure initiative, I was given the autonomy to lead vendor negotiations, coordinate across teams, and present directly to leadership, demonstrating the confidence the company places in its people. This level of trust not only accelerates progress but also fosters professional growth and accountability."

Employees say:

"Employee culture is not only considered here, it is prioritized. My leadership genuinely cares about me and supports me. When I was in cancer treatment, I was allowed time when I felt too sick to be online. After surgery, I was provided with opportunities to work on projects not directly interfacing with customers, to help me get back up to speed. There are 9 to 5s...and then there is Five9! I really do appreciate working here."

Employees say:

"When I came on board, my ideas and suggestions were immediately respected, considered and leveraged - I didn't have to "earn" my place. Colleagues were eager to embrace change in the name of pushing Five9 forward. I was also included in org-wide decision-making within days of my hiring. That kind of immediate inclusion helped to create a sense of belonging and ownership."

Employees say:

"They do a great job of providing tools and avenues for people to communicate. This is huge since so many are remote. They sent communication out to the entire company about the day we were ringing the bell on Wall Street and any Five9 employee could attend if they wanted. That was pretty cool. Management is always keeping us up-to-date with meetings and "fireside chats" where you can ask Management any questions you would like."

Employees say:

"The managers, directors, and executives are very competent and genuine people. I feel valued and appreciated as an employee. The benefits package is really nice and competitive. This is the best and most fun job that I've ever had, and I am very thankful."
