EP Group is a Czech holding company headquartered in Prague, led by businessman and former lawyer Daniel Křetínský. The group was registered in 2019, but has roots tracing back to the founding of its core energy business, Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH), in 2009. It holds investments across energy, postal services and logistics, and wholesale and retail. Alongside EPH, the group holds stakes in International Distribution Services, parent of U.K. postal service Royal Mail and parcel operator GLS, and Metro AG, a pan-European food wholesaler.
