ENGEO

Employees say:

"ENGEO is very transparent with financials, strategy planning, and empowers all levels of staff to help build business and connect with our clients. We have an open door policy, and an inverted pyramid leadership style. Regardless of the office you are assigned to, you are encouraged to interact and work with team members and projects in other regions for growth opportunities."

Employees say:

"This company is great at acknowledging employees for the work they do—whether its working long hours, great client service, or being a great mentor. Servant leaders help others feel supported and you can tell they genuinely care about the team not only for the work they do but that they are doing well both personally and professionally."

Employees say:

"This company goes above and beyond to give opportunities to employees to contribute and make a difference in many ways, whether it be through the project work or through different initiatives. When you come to work at a place like this, you are surrounded by people who share similar passions, and who are supportive, kind, caring, and generous. All our offices have literal open-door policies, meaning no doors on the office which encourages others to be able to ask questions and collaborate."

Employees say:

"The bottom-up structure of the company is, in my opinion, the single most important and differentiating thing about the company that makes us a great place to work. As a manager, my job is not to dictate what the people in my group are doing, but rather make sure they have the tools they need to do their job. I think this mentality gives an inherent sense of autonomy and ownership for younger staff, which has lead to innovative new approaches to problems. It is also responsible for people feeling like they are part of the team and not just treating it like a 9-5 job."

Employees say:

"ENGEO provides employees with an incredible community and supportive culture for growth and success in career and life; ENGEO feels like family. There is a constant focus on culture, technical development, client service, servant leadership, and new opportunities."

Employees say:

"Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and very collaborative. Working between offices is seamless and encouraged. I feel very lucky to have found such a great place to work—and work for people who care and are invested in you."
