"Educe sincerely values employees as people first and employees second. Our executive team can tell you how many children I have, my spouse's name, and the activities my kids participate in. This is because they genuinely care about me beyond the workplace."
Employees say:
"The supportive environment and the care that each person has for each other makes it an amazing place to come to work each day. On every project, each person is understanding and also willing to support and uplift others. Also, the opportunity to work with people of varying levels--from Consultants, to Managers and Partners--makes learning invaluable each day, and I have never been in close contact with any 'higher ups' at any other company I've worked at. It truly has impacted my professional life in the most positive way!"
Employees say:
"My two favorite things about Educe that make it a great place to work are the people and the firm meetings. Educe emphasizes hiring great people that will positively contribute to the collaborative environment that we foster here. You can reach out to anyone for help, and they will gladly assist. In the same vein, leadership keeps an open door and always remains accessible, so the example is lead from the top-down. Additionally, I love the opportunity to travel for firm meetings to see coworkers in person and explore a fun city. We are fortunate to have these opportunities built into our work schedule twice a year."
Employees say:
"Managers care about developing their teams, and there is a lot of focus on continual growth, incorporating new skills and strategies, and many thoughtful opportunities for taking on new responsibility. Every week, my one-on-one with my manager is centered on how I'm approaching challenging situations at work and how I can take a different tactic or consider a different perspective. There's a unique blend of challenge and support which makes this work environment distinctive and really great."
Employees say:
"The transparency and communication in this company is unlike any other company I have worked for. I know what's going on, everything is rather, and I don't see a lot of jockeying for position. People work here to be successful as a team, not as individuals."
Employees say:
"Educe, from the partners down to the newest members, have formed a strong sense of camaraderie—working for Educe truly feels like you are working with family. Management are considerate of not only compensating those that go above and beyond, but also publicly recognizing their efforts throughout the year. There is room for professional growth and upward mobility in the company, though everyone, no matter their status in the company, has a voice."
