"Drees Custom Homes is an awesome place to work! The company goes above and beyond to understand we are humans, we have lives outside of work and treat us very respectfully when "life" happens. Our management team is second to no one and have always been very supportive in all types of situations. Management goes above and beyond to extend both personal and professional growth opportunities. There is no such thing as a closed door with Drees Custom Homes which is very much appreciated and celebrated throughout our division."

Employees say:

"Our CARE program embodies our culture and what we strive to be when it comes to our customer service. Communication, Always Do the Right Thing, Relationship Building, Exceptional Quality. It is the reason that I love Drees so much. It's a fair company and you feel like part of a team, no matter what division I travel to. People are treated with respect and are kind."

Employees say:

"It really feels like home. We are a national home builder, but it feels very small like family. I think that it takes an army to deliver on the expectations we have for ourselves, yet we deliver the best customer service experience time and time again. I feel invested in the company and the people I work with and I feel that there is an equal or greater investment in me. I hope that I am fortunate enough to be a part of this company for a very long time!"

Employees say:

"Everyone does truly care about their job, the customer and their co-workers. It all starts at the top with David Drees. The company was built this way and he exemplifies this himself to all the employees that I have seen him interact with. This is the mentality of the entire management team and it spreads throughout the company. Work hard, be accountable for your job, work as a team, celebrate achievements, have work life balance. We all share these values."

Employees say:

"This is the most employee friendly company I have worked for. The company really cares about their human capital and works to grow and develop from within."
